Easthampstead Rotary Club

Easthampstead Rotary Club is an evening club which meets on Monday evenings at the John Nike Centre, John Nike Way, Binfield, Bracknell RG12 8TN. We have an active and growing membership of around 45. We welcome all visitors, including family and friends, members of other clubs, and those who are interested in finding out more about Rotary and the activities of the club.

You can find out more about what we do as a club from our website www.easthampsteadrotary.org.uk

If you would like to visit us or have any questions, please contact our Club Secretary, John Fordham on: 01344 421912 or email: john.fordham@btconnect.com.

Weekly meetings are held at on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays) from 19:30 until 22:00 and include a “sit-down” dinner to which partners are invited on a regular basis. We have a busy programme – both social (golf days; Valentine’s Day trips and so on) and a programme of Monday evening speakers whose presentations are aimed at informing and entertaining us!– more information may be found on our website.

Major events organized by the club include the REME Band Concert held at Wellington College in October, A Charity Golf Day at Bearwood Lakes, normally held around May-time and an evening performance at Wokingham Theatre – normally early New Year. Many other smaller fund-raising and charitable events are supported at a local level– for instance, support for the “Robbie the Robot” appeal at the Royal Berks Hospital, Air Ambulance, local children’s charities and the Rotary Polio Appeal. Again, a full listing of those Charities we have supported may be found in the non-members area of our website.

We look forward to welcoming you to our Club!
